These Terms of Service govern your access to 1980saiphoto.com and 1980s AI Photo. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The service
1980s AI Photo provides tools for transforming uploaded portraits with text prompts. Features, model availability, limits, speed and output quality may change. Generation requests may be queued, delayed or unavailable.
4. Your content
You retain any rights you have in prompts and files you submit. You grant us the limited permission necessary to process, store and transmit that content to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
Your ability to use generated output may also depend on applicable law, third-party rights and the terms of any underlying model or infrastructure provider. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them commercially.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, create deceptive or harmful impersonations, exploit or endanger minors, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade limits or generate content prohibited by applicable law.
6. Payments and credits
Prices, taxes, credit quantities and refund eligibility are shown before purchase. Credit packs are one-time purchases unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Generation credits may have expiration dates or usage limits disclosed at the time of purchase.
7. Third-party services
The service may rely on third-party authentication, hosting, payment, storage and AI model providers. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and their own terms may apply.
8. Disclaimers
The service and generated outputs are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, unavailable or similar to other outputs. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1980s AI Photo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law or respond to harmful conduct. You may stop using the service at any time.
